Old English Sheepdogs started arriving at Roxbury Park early Sunday, November 3rd, for our 26th Annual Old English Sheepdog Rescue Parade and our ‘I Love my OES’ Parade. The extra hour of sleep gave everyone a boost to be on time and all were on their best behavior.

At 11 AM sharp, we opened Woofstock 90210 with a parade of 31 Old English Sheepdogs. Each dog and owner got a round of applause as they paraded in front of their fans. The crowd came from all over the event to cheer as the MC announced each dog’s fun story.

We had OES from Northern and Southern California as well as Arizona. One of our rescue girls was conspicuously absent as she was in final dress rehearsals for the live TV special of ‘The Little Mermaid’. Hope you all saw Bagel on the live TV broadcast.

Our veterinarian, Dr. Richard Martin, presented a ribbon to each dog with their name on it to commemorate the parade. We thank him so much for attending. Dr. Martin has been our veterinarian since we started almost 30 years ago!

Our parade was dedicated to the memory of our volunteer, Lowell Narron. Thank you, Lowell, for all your rescue work over the years. We will miss you.

We would like to thank all of our sponsors and volunteers who made our event so successful.

Woofstock 90210 is a day-long celebration at Roxbury Park produced by the City of Beverly Hills. We look forward to our 27th Annual Parade at ‘Woofstock 90210’, which will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2020. We hope you will join us!
